Whistleblowing Channel

This whistleblowing channel complies with Law No. 93/2021 and Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, allowing you to report, safely and confidentially, suspected infringements or irregularities.
Reports may be submitted by employees, former employees, service providers, suppliers, subcontractors, interns, or anyone who has obtained information in the context of their professional activity.

Reports may concern facts that have already occurred, are ongoing, or are potential, including matters such as corruption, public procurement, money laundering, data protection, product and service safety, environment, public health, among others provided for by law.

The whistleblower’s identity is protected, and anonymous reporting is possible. All communications are handled confidentially and in accordance with the applicable legislation.
